Attendees will visit neighborhoods in Chicago and participate in strategic conversations with community members who are tackling challenges through a creative placemaking lens.

BY YOUR PEERS
Creative professionals will be invited to submit proposals for panel presentations and case studies from an urban perspective. Attendees will learn how their peers are using creative practice in their communities.
ILLUMINATE THE LOOP
In a scavenger hunt fashion, teams will explore the Chicago Downtown Loop consisting of green space, transportation, waterways and the underground Pedway, and create a map of potential spaces for arts and cultural opportunities.
BE A ROCK STAR
Using music as metaphor for collaboration, attendees will create ensembles working with a professional music producer, culminating in a showcase concert. Learn more

CREATIVE PROJECT
Young professionals will have the opportunity to work with teams of attendees to shape, prototype, and test a potential creative placemaking project.
IGNITE YOUR
INNER ARTIST
Special curatorial installations, visual art collaborations and activities will bring attendees together to experience creativity through activation.
SPARK NEW
COLLABORATIONS
Attendees will make new connections through receptions, one-on-one meetings, conversations and dinners in local restaurants throughout Chicago.
