When does early-bird registration for the 2024 South & Appalachia Creative Placemaking Summit open?

 Early-bird registration for the summit opened on October 16 and closed on December 17th. 

 

How can I register for the summit?

To register for the summit, please visit our registration page on Whova. You'll find all the necessary information and links to secure your spot.

SESSION SUBMISSION

I'm interested in presenting at the summit. When can I submit a proposal (RFP)?

The proposal submission period is closed for the 2024 South & Appalachia Summit.

TRAVEL INFO

Where is the Summit held?

The Summit will be held at the Woodruff Arts Center in mid-town Atlanta.

Is there an official hotel?

The official hotel is the Starling, Curio Collection by Hilton. The Starling is conveniently located within walking distance of the Woodruff center. To reserve a room at a special rate, please follow the link on our Venue and Travel page.

I need information about lodging, food, and transportation during the summit. Where can I find that?

For all your travel-related queries, including details on lodging, dining options, and transportation, please visit our Travel Information Page. This will be updated towards the end of October.

When will the Summit agenda be available? 

The agenda is now LIVE and available to view here.

What type of programs will be offered?

The Summit will feature peer-to-peer exchanges, workshops, tours, performances and special activations around the Summit theme, “People, Prosperity, Place” and will be focused on the Southeast and Appalachian Regions
