As part of the Incubator Track, we are now accepting submissions by attendees for a project that they would like to workshop through a three-hour lab at the conference. The lab is split into two separate blocks, and applicants will be assigned to one of the two blocks based on their application. These blocks are 1) Empathizing and Prototyping and 2) Refining and Approach. As a result of the incubator lab, participants will receive thought-partnership, mentorship, and support in moving their idea forward.
We're excited to learn more about your idea. Please take a few moments to complete and submit your application. We encourage you to share your answers to the best of your ability. Our team will carefully review each application, and we'll notify you of your acceptance by May 2025.
Prompt: How might we improve mental, physical, and/or cultural wellbeing through a creative placemaking project? Per the National Endowment for the Arts, creative placemaking integrates arts, culture, and design into efforts that strengthen communities and engages the community, artists, designers and culture bearers to advance local economic, physical, and/or social change.
